STATEMENT: ECUADOR NO LONGER REQUESTS A HEALTH DECLARATION FROM TRAVELERS ARRIVING IN THE COUNTRY, OR RESULTS OF PCR AND ANTIGEN TESTS.

(Quito, Pichincha). – This State portfolio reports that since February 16, 2023, the entry requirements to the country were eliminated, same ones that are contained in the entry guidelines to Ecuador, issued by the Ministry of Public Health.

It is important to note that passengers – who upon arrival in Ecuador – present symptoms such as: thermal rise, cough, general sickness, loss of taste and skin rashes must report it by completing the Traveler’s Health Declaration available at the following link: https://declaracionsalud-viajero.msp.gob.ec/

• In case the physical form is required, it will be available at the airport’s arrival terminal or border post and must be delivered into the mailbox designated for it.

The National authorities recommend the voluntary use of masks on public and air transport.
